We ship our boxes FREE OF CHARGE to Germany, the USA and Japan. 

 

Protection of minors

I. A contractual relationship between LION SPIRITS GmbH and a customer requires that the customer is of legal age. For this reason, when submitting their order, customers confirm that they are of legal age. Customers also confirm that their information regarding their age, name and address is correct. The customer is also obliged to ensure that only they or adults authorized by them to accept the delivery accept the delivery of goods.The transport service provider commissioned by us will carry out a visual age check on the first delivery to a new customer. The deliverer checks the age of the recipient using an official ID document. You can find more information at DHL. We also use a tool to confirm age.

II. If persons who are not of legal age place orders using false information and/or without the permission of their adult guardians and/or representatives, these contracts are hereby revoked as a precautionary measure in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code.

III. If an order is received that was placed using false information, in particular age information, we reserve the right to initiate criminal proceedings in addition to the above-mentioned revocation in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code.

IV. The adults who are responsible for and/or represent minors or young people who place orders using false information are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for any damage caused to us as a result of orders placed using false information. This also includes the exemption from claims that Lion Spirits GmbH may incur as a result of the customer's obligation under paragraph I (see above) of this instruction.
