Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. 

Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These will be based on the subscription length and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you make payment up front. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is currently out of stock. We may not collect payment or a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and collect all or the remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Try Before You Buy
When you purchase an item to try, we authorize your payment method before we fulfill the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the deadline has passed and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
